  1. Sorry Sabrina I have a different come from; having being a trainer for many years. The training that I do consists of many hours over periods of many days, sometimes it could have as much as 40 modules to cover. This said....it's critical for a trainer to have a facilitators guide especially when there are mulitple modalities involved as well as many topics to cover. It's important to stay on time as well as on topic!
    I do agree however that a facilitator should know as much as possible of the material covered and not use the guide to read. It is extremly useful and a good way the facilitator can keep on track, on time and on task.
